What sort of adviser am I?

I am a registered, but not authorised, financial adviser. I can give you advice about category 2 financial products such as life insurance, health insurance, risk insurance, consumer credit contracts, home loans, mortgages, and other insurance products. I specialise in personal and business risk management and have over 20 years’ experience in mortgage broking, banking and insurance advice .

What should you do if something goes wrong?

If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of my service, please tell my internal complaints scheme so that my internal complaints scheme can try to fix the problem.

You may contact the internal complaints scheme by phone, email or in writing to make your complaint which will be handled by our complaints scheme in due process who will communicate with you the steps that are required for all parties involved.

If we cannot agree on how to fix the issue, or if you decide not to use the internal complaints scheme, you can contact Financial Disputes Resolution.
