Our fearless leader has over 20 years of experience as a mortgage broker, as well as working in the banking, financial planning and insurance broker industries here in New Zealand and internationally, with clients located across the globe.
In his spare time Malcolm loves spending time with his family, out on the water fishing and keeping fit playing squash. Malcolm is a keen traveller and enjoys meeting different people from around the world.
Louise McRae-Shepherd
Head of Coaching
Lou oversees our budgeting and personal financial coaching team at Quantum. She has a bachelor’s degree in Health Science (Midwifery) and worked as a LMC within the community of Northland over the past 5 years. She brings life experience and learned knowledge into this role to help empower her clients with reducing their debt and learning how to pay off their mortgages in as little as 7 years. Lou also loves travelling with her hubby Malcolm, fishing, beach time and spending time with their family.
